Business Coaching "Self-employment

On the way to more freedom and independence

If you take a closer look at the entrepreneurial “landscape,” you’ll see that women are still considered exotic here. This is already based on the intrinsic motivation for which many women choose self-employment. Many women start their own business because they appreciate the flexibility, which gives them time for family and their private life (hobbies, honorary posts, travel, etc.). The entrepreneurial lifestyle means freedom and independence for them.

The business coaching for female entrepreneurs of tomorrow

Already as a consultant at the Federal Employment Agency, I met many women who definitely had the potential to be successful as entrepreneurs, but did not consider the actual risk I pointed out to them and therefore failed in some cases.

I’m not talking about the financial components, because we women are truly pretty good planners and weigh things very carefully before taking the plunge.

I’m talking about the loneliness of being a solopreneur and the lack of market recognition for one’s business, which permanently leads to a decrease in one’s self-worth. I’m also talking about the sudden fear that can overtake us when we realize that we need to have expertise in all entrepreneurial areas so that money doesn’t slip through our fingers by hiring external service providers.

But as a Female Empowerment & Business Coach, how can I specifically support female founders so that they can make (financially) good decisions before and during their start-up?

You would like to finally get started as an entrepreneur and would like to have an experienced and competent mentor at your side?

Then I look forward to your inquiry.

As a Female Empowerment & Business Coach I will help you with this:

  • Using your resources, qualifications and inclinations to figure out which interest is more of a hobby and which one can be turned into a business.
  • Finding the right balance between work and home. Together, we identify what options and choices you have to be successful and satisfied in both areas.
  • Define and formulate your goals. Women sole proprietors in particular, who have been going it alone, benefit from a neutral outside perspective that a coach brings to the situation.
  • To build on their resources and strengths and find out when they can use them in a targeted way to be successful in business.
  • Expose your beliefs and explore exactly what is holding you back in your entrepreneurial success.
  • To work out together what other possibilities there are, in addition to your own (financial) resources, to promote your company’s success.

For whom is the Business Coaching "Self-Employment" just right?

Once the desire to start a business is there, it can hardly be suppressed. This is where the Business Coaching “Self-Employment” comes in and I am looking forward to our collaboration within this exciting process.

Women who are toying with the idea of starting their own business on a part-time or full-time basis. Whether it’s support with a business plan or bureaucratic hurdles – we work specifically on your dream of self-employment.

Women who need assistance in conceptualizing their company vision and values. As well as founders who want to set new missions as well as goals.

Women who have already founded a company but need support in their everyday entrepreneurial life to create and implement new strategies for action in order to get off to a successful start with their company.

You would like to finally get started as an entrepreneur and would like to have an experienced and competent mentor at your side?

Then I look forward to your inquiry.
